The 3rd Annual General Meeting was held on 16th July,2011 at Queen Edith Hall, Cambridge CB1 8QP. The AGM was held in presence of members with an acceptable quorum. The agenda included the presentation of the Secretary's Report and Treasurer's Accounts for the year 2010-2011. Both the reports were passed without long discussions. At the end of the AGM, Elections for New Officer Bearers were smoothly conducted.
